Our ultimate goal at Bodyrestore Animal Physiotherapy is to help animals feel more comfortable and ease their pain, following injuries or diagnosis of health conditions. We achieve this by fostering proven hands-on techniques, one-on-one therapy and creating individual rehabilitation plans for dogs, cats and horses. Body Restore is located in the small village of Wilsden, Bradford. Our clinic is in a secure and quiet location, so you can rest assured that your pet is in good hands when they come for their treatment.
Veterinary physiotherapy strives to enhance healing, minimise pain, and aid in restoring normal function, ultimately enhancing your pet's overall quality of life. Through a comprehensive assessment and personalised treatment, we tailor our approach to address the specific requirements of your dog, ensuring effective and individualised care.
In cases where surgery has been performed, physiotherapy plays a crucial role in fostering healing, alleviating pain, enhancing range of motion (ROM), and optimising outcomes.
Our services extend to managing various orthopaedic conditions, including hip and elbow dysplasia, cruciate disease, spondylosis, and osteoarthritis. Additionally, we provide invaluable support for dogs facing neurological conditions. Rest assured, your companion animal will receive comprehensive care and guidance throughout their journey.
Massage and Stretching
We employ a diverse range of techniques, such as effleurage and petrissage, to effectively alleviate areas of tension, including trigger points. Massage therapy has been extensively demonstrated to enhance muscle flexibility, relieve pain, and reduce swelling. As an integral part of our approach, massage is administered prior to any rehabilitation exercise program (REP) and stretching to optimise its benefits and prepare the body for further therapeutic interventions.
Our clinic offers advanced treatment modalities, including Class 3b Laser and Pulse Magnetic Field Therapy (PMFT), renowned for their pain-relieving and healing properties. These non-invasive and pain-free treatments are exceptionally well-tolerated by dogs, cats and horses. In addition, we provide Ultrasound and Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation (TENS) therapies. It's important to note that we exclusively employ electrotherapies supported by substantial evidence-based research, ensuring the highest quality of care for your pets.
We work closely with both you and your animal's healthcare provider to determine the most suitable treatment plan. We understand that each animal is unique, and their treatment needs may vary. That's why we offer customised treatment plans tailored to the specific requirements of your pet.

Our comprehensive service involves thorough assessments to identify stiffness, injuries, or weaknesses in your pet's body. We meticulously evaluate the range of movement in their joints and overall body, while also conducting gait analysis to detect any abnormalities in their movement patterns. By carefully examining these factors, we can pinpoint potential issues and develop tailored treatment plans to address them effectively.

Jade is the owner and the animal physiotherapist at BodyRestore. She’s always had a passion for animals and has dedicated her career to working with them. Her first job was in the Royal Army Veterinary Corps, where she worked with dogs in the bomb disposal units. She then moved to The Royal Horse Artillery, looking after the horses in the Queen’s Guard. She has participated in events such as The Queen's Birthday Parade and Trooping of the Colour, which she wholeheartedly enjoyed. In both of these jobs, the animals were looked after to the highest of standards and after leaving The Army, she was keen to continue her passion for working with animals, so she decided to train in animal physiotherapy. It’s safe to say she’s never looked back! Jade has always owned and ridden horses for over 20 years. In her spare time, you’ll find her at the yard with her beautiful horse Molly, who does a range of disciplines and liberty work. She also has a Sprocker Spaniel and loves taking her to dog agility with her young daughter, Mila. Mila also shares a love for animals, so therefore the business is a family-run, mother-and-daughter business. We love to keep the personal touch, and while your pets are in our care, we’ll always treat them as our own.
Elba
The specialist surgeon said he had fantastic range of movement in the elbow which was broken something they do not often see & I think it is because you have worked your magic on him from the moment he broke it! So thank you so much xx
Loki
Loki has disc disease brought on by cushings disease and an enlarged liver, it meant that over a period of a few weeks he lost the ability to use his hind legs completely. We were told about Jade by our groomer and she has worked wonders he has gone from totally paralysed with little to no feeling to standing and taking his first few steps. It really is a miracle, especially as the vets told us he probably wouldn't walk again! Thank you Jade x x
George
George was unhappy at the previous groomers and kept falling over. When you had him for the first time you advised us to get some X-rays done to find he had hip dysplasia. After a course of laser he has become much happier! . Thankyou jade
Poppy
Jade has been fantastic. My dog Poppy had a cruciate ligament injury and the vet wanted to operate. Jade has been treating her for this and WAHOO! No operation needed. Poppy is doing absolutely great, she is back to running around and she is pain free. Would highly recommend Jade for her physio and her grooming. Thank you so much Jade.
